If a person has a digital footprint we will find them.

    Using all means available and necessary we will get in contact with our candidate pool.  From telephone to Twitter we will get in touch in the most appropriate and professional channels at our disposal.

    Through our succinct gathering of information through the process and feedback on selected candidate pools we develop a screening template that encompasses a position's technical, cultural and functional needs.

    The candidates that you see come through to this final panel will already have been through a strong elimination filter.  We will provide collaterals and talk you through the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate so that you can be sure to get the best sampling possible.

    INTERVIEW

    After making selections for final interviews we will brief and debrief yourself as well as candidates delivering feedback and necessary deliverables, as well as work with your team as needed to schedule and create an interview that both satisfies yourself and leaves the candidate engaged and excited about the opportunity.
